Swim trunks are on!

Today is the day and Evan couldn't be anymore excited. He and his friends loaded up @ 9am this morning and headed to Wild Waves for Big Splash. This is an all day event with numerous Christian bands-most of them rock according to Evan. I'm excited for him. Today is the last day of his month long fast from electronics. He did it all on his own. And didn't have any withdrawals :o) He knows where his focus should be, always has. This was something that he knew was using up too much of his time. It was a good lesson for all of us. We should all do a 30 day fast from what ever consumes our lives the most. What takes our focus away from our Savior? ...everyone deserted me...But the Lord stood at my side and gave me strength. 2 Timothy 4:16,17
